Will Encompass also be hosting the Connect Conference and User Summit/UGM this year?

BevAge is an all encompassing event that will combine the content of the Connect and User Summit/UGM into a single event.

What is the dress code for BevAge?

The official BevAge dress code is: wear what makes you comfortable, or “Colorado casual” as we like to call it. The average temperature for Denver in June is 78-87 ° F (so yes, shorts are perfectly acceptable). Although our sessions will all be airconditioned, make sure you’re dressed to explore the RiNo area. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

Are there fees associated with the conference?

No. The event is free to attend. Attendees will be responsible for travel expenses, and meals outside of what is covered during the event.

Will there be an option to attend virtually?

No. In order to ensure the best possible experience for attendees, the event will not be live streamed. Select sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference has concluded.

Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest airport to the venue.

What’s the best way to get from DIA to my hotel?

You can rent a car, utilize a ride share service, or take advantage of the Denver Airport Train & Light Rail (A Line Train from DEN to 38th Blake Station).
