We always want our customers to continue their education of Encompass and strive to use every aspect of the software. Recently, we’ve added a new role called Business Development Executive. The purpose of this role is to communicate with and inform current customers about new Encompass products and other solutions the customer may have access to but may not be using yet.

We are pleased to announce that Derek Jones will be taking on this new role. You may be familiar with Derek from his days as a Project Manager. During his 5 years with Encompass, he has been an integral part of our onboarding team, and has spent time on site with over 40 distributors. His industry experience and extensive Encompass knowledge make him well equipped to thrive as our Business Development Executive.
