How it Works
Reflect can be used on both desktop and mobile devices and is compatible with Apple and Android operating systems. Since Reflect is built directly into Encompass, there's no need to install an additional application to utilize this feature. Within Reflect, there is a guide to help users follow along. A pulsing red dot is controlled by the support user (individual providing support) and allows for straightforward instruction and easy to follow directions for solving problems.

Encompass Reflect is priced at $3 per delivery route. Pricing is calculated on a monthly basis and billed quarterly.
